WCAN is careers, community and capital for ambitious women, with Black women at its core. The team behind it is students, graduates and professionals who give a few hours a week to run the events, partnerships and programmes that open doors for 15,000 women.

Most WCAN roles are voluntary and flexible, built to sit alongside a degree or a full-time job. Some are paid. All of them come with real responsibility from the first month.

Look after WCAN's corporate partners day to day, from renewals and reporting to delivery, and grow what each partner does with us.
Get WCAN's events and opportunities in front of the right women, through university societies, partners, email and paid channels.
Own a flagship event from programme and speakers to sponsors, with commission on the partnerships you bring in.
Build and run a WCAN case competition with partner firms, with commission on the sponsorship you secure.
Plan and run WCAN events with partner firms, from venues and run sheets to the day itself.
Run WCAN's mentoring schemes, matching mentors and mentees and keeping things moving with universities and early careers teams.
Grow WCAN chapters, ambassadors and creators across universities, schools and colleges.
Shape how WCAN talks to members and partners, from newsletters and announcements to press.
Run WCAN's channels day to day, with growing our TikTok and Instagram at the centre of it.
Keep the blog, newsletter and website current, and turn what happens at our events into content people want to read.
